Officers take an assault report in the 400 block of N. Fulton. One male subject is charged with assault.
Feb. 9th - Officers respond to the 800 block of South Birch on a peace disturbance involving a juvenile. The situation is resolved and referred to the juvenile office.
Officers take a report on a male subject making threats to a Division of Family Services worker. The investigation is continuing.
Feb. 10th - Officers work a two vehicle accident at the stoplight.
Feb. 11th - Officers make contact with two subjects on the square and during the conversation detect an odor of alcohol. One subject is arrested for minor in possession.
Officers arrest a 22 year old female for providing alcohol to a 16 year old minor.
Feb. 12th - Officers respond to the 100 block of South Broadway on a domestic. Upon arrival, officers discover that a male subject had taken a golf club and attempted to hit another male subject. One person was arrested and transported to the Bates County Jail.
Feb. 14th - Officers respond to the 500 block of South Orange on a burglary call. The incident is currently under investigation.
Officers receive a complaint about door to door solicitors. Upon making contact with the subjects, it is determined that neither has a permit. Both subjects are arrested and post bond at the Butler Police Station.
Officers respond to the 400 block of South Mechanic on an assault call. One subject is charged with assault.
