Funeral services for Gerry Johnson will be 11 a.m. Saturday, September 17 at the Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel (660-679-6555) in Butler, Missouri with Pastor Mark Phillips officiating. Visitation will be prior to services from 10-11 a.m. at Schowengerdt Chapel. Burial at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Kansas City, Missouri. Contributions to Butler First Christian Church or Kansas City Hospice House.
Geraldine “Gerry” Elizabeth Johnson, age 74 of Butler, Missouri died Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at Kansas City Hospice House in Kansas City, Missouri. She was born December 26, 1936 to Joseph and Berniece Gertrude Page Miller in Kansas City.
Gerry is survived by her husband Robert Johnson Jr. of Butler, Missouri; two sons, Robert “Bob” Johnson III of Butler, Missouri and Andrew Eric Johnson and wife Wendy of Lee’s Summit, Missouri; two daughters, Angela Moore and husband Jerry of Kansas City, Kansas and Kristin Jones of ElDorado, Kansas; eight grandchildren, Brooke Johnson and husband Nick, Rachel Johnson, Allie Johnson, Brad Johnson, Michael Johnson, Michael Schlotman, Christian Schlotman, Keeley Reese and Kameron Jones; and three great-grandchildren, Ellianna Grace, Trey and Ashtyn; and a fourth great-grandchild to be born October 14, Hayden Elizabeth. She was preceded in death by her parents.
