Something missing in Butler...

A building. The two story, century old building that has been home to repair shops, beauty shops and more is no longer standing just off the southwest corner of the Butler Square. Deemed structurally unsound earlier this year, it has been torn down, making way for expansion of the Bates County Sheriff's parking lot.

The last of the clean up is expected to take place over the next few days.
