 David Eugene Herod, 65, Harrisonville, Missouri, died Monday, December 16, 2013 at Bates County Memorial Hospital in Butler, Missouri. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 21, 2013 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation.
