State of Missouri Endangered SILVER Advisory


The Cedar County Sheriff’s Office has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred at 1920 South 801 Road, El Dorado Springs, MO at  5:00 P.M. on 03/26/2017.


The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult is:
John William Stout, a white, male, age 79, hgt 5' 06", 180 lbs, white hair, blue eyes, light complexion, wearing unknown clothing.


Diagnosed Medical Condition(s): Early onset dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Vehicle Information:
Gray 2015 Chrysler 200 bearing MO registration, 01VPJF, last seen 1920 South 801 Road, El Dorado Springs, MO.


Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Silver Person incident:

Mr. Stout’s cousin last spoke with him at 5:00 P.M. on 03/26/2017. He recently moved to Missouri from Arizona and family believes he may be traveling back to Arizona. He also walks with a limp.

Update: Subject’s debit card was used in Limon, Colorado at an unknown time on 03/28/2017.

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the St. Louis County Police Department at 636-529-8210.
