STRUCTURE FIRE-HUME Deputy's responded to a structure fire on 07/12/2010 at the residence of Jim Spencer in the Hume area.
HARASSMENT- BUTLER Deputies took a report of harassing text messages from Bill Dellipaoli.

VANDALISM-AMSTERDAM Bates County Deputies took a property damage report at Rt.1 Box 132C in Amsterdam. Upon arrival the victim William Cummings stated that on 07-10-2010 he noticed his mailbox had been damaged. There is no suspect information at this time
BURGLARY-BUTLER Deputies responded to RT 1 Box 196 Butler in reference to a Burglary. Brandi Graham was arrested and put on a twenty four hour hold as the leading suspect in the case
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY- SPRUCE Bates County Deputies located two missing juveniles from the Butler area at BB hwy and county road 2604.

THEFT- RICH HILL Bates County Deputies received a walk in report of a stolen license plate from Shirley Bryson. The plate was stolen from her residence at Route 1 Box 265 Rich Hill.

WANTED SUBJECT-BALLARD Bates County Sheriff's Deputies stopped a vehicle belonging to Joe Resz on D Highway. Joe was arrested and placed on a 24 hour investigative hold per Butler Police Department.

THEFT-ADRIAN Bates County Deputies received a walk in report from Edwin E. Nelson that property was taken from his residence at Route 1 Box 207 in Adrian.

THREATS-BUTLER Deputies took a complaint over the phone in reference to threatening phone calls.
THEFT-PASSAIC Deputies received a call from the Linn County Sheriff's Office stating they were looking two suspects for questioning on some cattle that had been stolen. Detective Hochhalter was investigating the stolen cattle and he wanted the Bates County Sheriff's Office to go to the livestock markets and see if they had been there and dropped some cattle off to be sold on 07/14/2010.

VANDALISM- ADRIAN Deputies were dispatched to RT# 1 Box 222, Adrian, MO in reference to damage to a mailbox.
THEFT- BUTLER Deputies were dispatched to the Sams Hiway Hamburger, 12 S. Orange St. to speak with the owner about a stealing that took place on her property at RT# 2 Box 227, Butler, MO. Ms. Stubbs stated that a trampoline was stolen from the backyard between July 4th and July 5th.

JUVENILE PROBLEM- AMSTERDAM Deputies were dispatched to RT# 1 Box 162, Amsterdam, MO 64723, in reference to a disturbance that had taken place. One adult male and a juvenile female were involved in the disturbance.
