On 2/25/17 around 12:15pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County along with Cass Sheriff's Deputies responded to a one vehicle rollover accident on D Highway at 281st Street in rural Cass County.The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2007 Honda driven by 29 year old Dustin M. Frey of Cleveland, Missouri traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned.
Dustin M. Frey sustained serious injures in this accident and he was life flighted to Research Medical Center in Kansas City for treatment.
A passenger in the vehicle 29 year old Nichole M. Frey also sustained serious injuries in this accident and she was transported by ambulance to Research Medical Center in Kansas City for treatment.
Two children in the vehicle 7 year old Lane M. Frey and 9 year old Alyssa M. Frey both sustained minor injuries in this accident and both were transported by ambulance to Children's Mercy Hospital for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Johnson's Tow.
