Two arrested in Eldorado Springs after child endangerment call

On April 19, 2017, officers responded to 1104 South Jackson Street concerning a report of child endangerment. While investigating the alleged allegations, officers served a search warrant at the location. Officers located a stolen vehicle, illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia. 

The investigation resulted in the arrest of James Willmore, 37, of El Dorado Springs, for the probable cause of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Cedar County Warrant, charging him with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Driving While Suspended or Revoked with a $15,000.00 bond.

Also arrested was Heather Willmore, for the probable cause of Felony Tampering with a Motor Vehicle. Officers completed probable cause statements for these charges. Officers received a Cedar County Warrant, charging James Willmore with Possession of a Controlled Substance with no bond. 

James Willmore was transferred to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and court appearance. 

Officers were informed to release Heather Willmore on a summons per Associate Court Judge. Heather Willmore was released on summons pending a court appearance.
