Update: Police searching for man who fled from Archie Police Department

An Officer with the Archie Police Dept was involved in a vehicle pursuit on 04-25-17 at approximately 1:45 am. The suspect who was on a Harley Davidson Motorcycle was traveling 84 mph in a 45 mph Construction Zone and was observed by the Officer. 

When the Officer attempted to stop the vehicle the vehicle fled from the Officer after a short chase the suspect ditched his vehicle and fled on foot to the west. 

With the assistance of the Bates County Sheriff's Office K9 Unit, a track was conducted. The dog lost the track at the wood line west of Heritage Tractor. 

The suspect was later identified by the Archie Police Dept as Christopher Martin Gaucin, of Raymore Mo.
