Bates County Coroner Activity Report 7/1-7/15-2017

Activity Report for the period July 1-15, 2017:

· 2 Nursing Home/Hospice type deaths were reported for the period. None required further investigation.

· On 7/4/2017 the Coroner was called to a residence on West Grove St. in Butler. Mikeral A. Carter was pronounced by Coroner Greg D. Mullinax at 1434; no further information shall be released at this time.

· On 7/13/2017, the Bates County Coroner assisted with the Bates County Office of Emergency Management’s Disaster Preparedness exercise at the Bates County Fairgrounds from 8am until noon.
