Bill was born in 1936 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Donald and Bernice (Woodward) Everman. He was a toolmaker. He served in the Air Force.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Ann (Landwald) Everman; two sons, Don Everman of Overland Park, Kansas and Michael Everman of Calhoun, Missouri; two daughters, Laura Huerter of Independence, Missouri and Kathy Tutor of Clinton; brother, Loren Everman of Clinton; sister Marlene O'Shied of Burkett, Texas; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home, Clinton, Missouri.
