Bryan Murphy V Linda D Murphy, Petition  For Order Of Protection, Dismissed  By Petitioner.

ST V Caleb N Cox, Felony burglary, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs, to pay $500 restitution, to get counseling/treatment as directed, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, to perform 200 hours of community service.

St v. Christopher D Zieber, Felony reduced to Misdemeanor DWI, found guilty, fined $500, to spend 180 days in Bates Co Jail as shock time, 175 days of jail sentence suspended, to pay court costs, be on probation for 2 years, to complete 80 hours of community service and attend SATOP.

St v  John Ira Wallace, Felony possession of controlled substance(methamphetamines), found guilty, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC.

St v. Fredrick Dewayne Moore, Felony possession of controlled substance(methamphetamines), found guilty, sentenced to 7 years in MDOC, 120 day call back provision.

St v. Phyllis L Henderson, probation revoked, Defendant ordered to the MO Post Conviction Drug Treatment Program, bed date of 9-27-10, and to remain in Bates Co Jail until transported.

St v. William P Phelps, I: Felony assault, II: Felony unlawful use of a weapon, III: Felony tampering, charges amended to Misd assault, guilty plea, sentenced to 6 months in Jail, given SES, placed on 2 years  probation, to pay restitution, fine & court costs, to pay at least $50/mo on restitution, then costs. Defe. Shall  not consume/possess alcoholic beverages or be on premises where sold/served.

St v. Shawn Allan Smith, Felony non-support, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay $447/mo on child support beginning 10-1-2010, to keep wage assignment in place from employer in effect at all times, pay court costs by 12-20-10 at 1 pm.

St v. James B. Chambers, Felony burglary, guilty plea, sentenced to 3 years in MDOC, sentence to run concurrently with present Cass Co, MO sentence

St v. Charles S Green, Felony possession of controlled substance(methamphetamines), found guilty, sentenced to 3 years in MDOC, sentence to be served concurrently with sentence Defendant is currently serving.

St v. Travis W. Thomas, I: statutory sodomy, found guilty, sentenced to 10 years in MDOC, II: child molestation, found guilty, sentenced to 10 years in MDOC, III: statutory sodomy, found guilty, sentenced to 10 years, IV:  statutory rape, found guilty, sentenced to 10 years in MDOC, sentences to be served concurrently with each other, SES, placed on probation for 5 years, to pay court costs, to successfully attend/complete counseling as directed, to be randomly drug tested, Defe. Shall not possess/consume alcoholic beverages or enter into establishments where sold/served, Defe.shall perform 200 hours of community service, to spend 60 days in Bates County Jail as shock detention and to pay the daily board rate, Defe. Shall have no contact with victim or victim’s family and must be registered as a sex offender.

Jessica Jackson v Jon Jackson, Full order of Protection is entered.

Zelma Aldridge v. Larry L Aldridge, Petition for Order of Protection is dismissed by Court.

St v. Robert Wayne Crust, I: Felony domestic assault, amended to Misd  domestic assault—found guilty, given SIS, placed on probation for 2 years; II: Felony domestic assault, amended to Misd. Domestic assault—found guilty, given SIS, placed on probation for 2 years, Defendant to pay court costs, to perform 80 hours of community service.

St v. Jerrod Scurlock, Felony Statutory Rape, guilty plea, sentenced to 7 years in MDOC.
