Funeral services for Carl Brown will be 1 p.m. Friday, November 2, 2012 at Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel (660-679-6555) in Butler, Missouri. Visitation will be prior to services from 12 Noon - 1 p.m. at Schowengerdt Chapel. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Butler, Missouri. Contributions to American Diabetes Association or American Cancer Society.
Carl William Brown, age 70 of Kansas City, Missouri formerly of Butler, Missouri died Friday, October 26 at his home in Kansas City. He was born August 15, 1942 to Jack Mack and Dorothy Almeta Ray Brown in Kansas City.
Carl is survived by his wife, Willis Jean Brown of Kansas City, Missouri; one son, William Jennings Brown of Kansas City, Missouri; two brothers, Wallace “Doby” Ray of Butler, Missouri and Jack Brown of Raymore, Missouri; one sister, Lorraine Wilkinson and husband Michael of Raymore, Missouri; one granddaughter, Cilifia Brown of Kansas City, Missouri; one great-granddaughter, A’Kayla Nichols of Kansas City, Missouri; and special caregiver and friend, Gwendolyn Marie. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Troy Brown; and twin brother, Earl Brown.
