Bates County Sheriffs Office personal property and public auction

By order of the courts, in reference to Bates County Circuit Course Case # 16BS-AC00268, the Bates County Sheriff will sell the following personal property at public auction on February 24 at 10:00 a.m. at 901 N. Orange in Butler, MO. The items may be viewed one hour prior to the sale. 

The personal property will be sold as is without any warranties to the highest bidder. All sales are final. The highest bidder must pay for the item(s) they purchase at the auction in cash within one hour after the auction closes. Checks and credit cards will not be accepted.
