Clinton Police Department seeking public assistance

CAN YOU IDENTIFY THIS SUSPECT??? This man is wanted for questioning by the Clinton Police Department. He is suspected of stealing from a local jewelry store yesterday afternoon. 

He is possibly driving a black Volkswagen Sedan, possibly a Jetta with no front license plate.
