TRAFFIC STOP- AA and 71Hwy on 01/18/2011 Deputies conducted a traffic stop and arrested the passenger in the vehicle for a warrant out of Raymore PD.

WANTED SUBJECT-Butler On January 18, 2011, Deputies arrested a subject on a Bates County Domestic Assault warrant.

CIVIL SITUATION-Foster

PED CHECK- 52 and 71 HWY

THEFT-Amsterdam On 01/18/2011 Bates County Sheriff's Office received a walk in report of rule Merwin. Reporting Party advised that they had several items taken from her residence. Items include two lawn mowers, two weed eaters, a china set, a hutch, and a cake stand.

STRANDED MOTORIST-Amsterdam On 01/18/2011, I was dispatched to County Road 9001 and County Road 5002 for a vehicle that had caught on fire and had since gone out, but the driver wished to speak with a deputy.

After making contact with the driver, the driver was arrested for trespassing and was committed to a 96-hour mental check.

VANDALISM-Passaic On January 19, 2011, Deputies responded to a property damage located at Passaic.

TRAFFIC STOP-Amoret On 1-22-2011 Deputies conducted a traffic stop in Amoret, Missouri. Deputies received verbal consent to search the vehicle. During the search of the vehicle over 4 ounces of Marijuana, set of digital scales and 17 clear baggies were found.
