Linda R. Walters, 38, of Butler received minor injuries yesterday afternoon in a two vehicle accident just South of Nevada. The report shows that a truck driven by Kelly J. Hughes, 47, of Nevada failed to stop on a county road and was struck by the Walters car broadside. Passengers in the Walters vehicle, James Hall of Nevada and Laverne Hill of Milo, Mo. also received minor injuries.
The report shows both drivers were wearing seat belts; Hall and Hill were not. Both vehicles received extensive damage.
