On 4/20/17 around 6:03pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County arrested 24 year old Jose A. Torres of Archie, Missouri.
Mr. Torres was arrested for 1.) Driving While Intoxicated 2.) Speeding 3.)Failure to produce insurance.
He was booked into the Cass County Jail and later bonded out.
