The Holiday Season is upon us and it is time again for the Butler Parks and Recreation home decorating contest. It's open to Butler residents who are on city electricity and there will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes for best decorated homes. The top three winners will receive $100, $75 and $50 off of their electric bills respectively. Everyone who is a qualified entrant will receive a $10 electric bill credit. Judging will be Saturday December 11th; entry forms will be available in the News Express and must be returned by Friday December 3rd by 5 pm. This years contest is sponsored by the Butler Park Board, the City of Butler, the Xchanger and the News Express.
