Funeral services for Sid Cribbs will be 11 a.m. Monday, November 22, 2010 at Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel (660-679-6555) in Butler, Missouri with Pastor Ron Dunlap officiating and Rev. Jeff Dunlap assisting. Visitation will be prior to services from 10-11 a.m. at Schowengerdt Chapel. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Butler, Missouri. Contributions to Happy Hill Church of God.

Sidney “Sid” Elton Cribbs, age 73 of Butler, Missouri died Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at Willow Lane Nursing Center in Butler. He was born May 8, 1937 to Elton Edgar and Florence Ellen Gillespie Cribbs in Vernon, Texas.


Sid is survived by his wife, Elaine Cribbs of Butler, Missouri; one daughter, Debbie Dunlap and husband Ron of Butler, Missouri; and two grandchildren, Mandy Dunlap of Butler, Missouri and Jeff Dunlap and wife Christy of Bastrop, Louisiana; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
