Sentencing set for Thomas Brandtonies

Thomas E. Brandtonies is set to be sentenced in February for multiple class C and D felonies related to the mis-handling of pre-need funeral arrangement monies. The sentencing is set for February 22 at 2:30 p.m. in the Bates County Circuit court room. Brandtonies faces up to 7 years in prison and over $120,000 in restitution.
