St v. Maureen B McBrien, Felony possession of controlled substance, marijuana,  found guilty, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, Defe. To pay court costs, to successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, Defe. Shall be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, to perform 200 hours of community service, Defe. Shall serve 8 days in BC jail (weekends) as shock detention.

St v. Charles Robert Hatton, Felony possession of controlled substance, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs, including $150 on State Forensic Lab Account. Defe. Shall successful complete any counseling/treatment as directed, Defe. To get substance abuse aftercare, shall be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. Shall spend 6 days in Bates County Jail as shock detention.


St  v James E Steele, Felony leaving scene of motor vehicle accident, reduced to Misd. Leaving the Scene of accident, found guilty, fined $500 and court costs, to perform 40 hours of community service, placed on probation for 2 years.

Jodi Morrison v Brent Morrison, Petition for Order of Protection filed.

St v. Roy M Rife, Felony endangering welfare of a child,  found guilty, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on probation for 5 years. Defe. To pay court costs, To successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed,  to be subject to random drug tests, shall not consume alcoholic beverages or be upon premises where sold/served, shall perform 200 hours of community service.

St v. Randi L Longgood, Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines, found guilty, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation,  Defe. Shall pay court costs, shall successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed, shall get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to attend AA/NA, shall be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. Shall not consume/possess alcoholic beverages or be where sold/served, shall perform 200 hours of community service.

St v. Steven D Lorenz, Felony assault, found guilty, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation,  Defe. Shall pay court costs, shall successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed,  shall get psychological or psychiatric counseling, shall successfully complete domestic violence program, shall be subject to random home/vehicle searches, Defe. Shall be subject to random drug tests.

St v. Ashley Collene Bukaty, Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines, found guilty, given SIS, placed on probation for 5 years, shall pay $150 for State Forensic Lab analysis, shall pay court costs, shall successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed, shall get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, shall attend NA/AA, shall be subject to random drug tests, random home/vehicle searches, shall perfor 200 hours of community service.

St v. William Edward Swarnes, Felony domestic assault, sentenced to 10 days in Bates Co Jail.

St v. Patricia A Lafollette,  Felony possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, amended to Misd possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 2 years probation, to pay fine and court costs, to perform 80 hours of community service,  serve 2 days shock time in Bates Co Jail.

St v. Larry W Pool, probation revoked, Defe. To serve 6 days in Bates Co Jail.

St v. Blake L Leister, I: Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines, found guilty, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, II: Felony unlawful use of a weapon, found guilty, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, sentences to be served concurrently with each other, to pay $150 on State Forensic Lab Account,  to pay court costs,  to successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed,  to get substance abuse care and aftercare, to get GED, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, shall not possess or be upon premises where alcohol sold/served, to perform 200 hours of  community service.

St v. Ashley Collene Bukaty, Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, Ct. II: endangering welfare of child dismissed , Defe. To pay $150 on State Forensic Lab Account, Defe. To pay court costs, Defe. To get counseling/treatment as directed,  to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to attend AA/NA , Defe. To be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, to perform 200 hours community service.
