SPEAK TO OFFICER-Butler On 03/08/2011, Deputies were dispatched to the Bates County Memorial Hospital Emergency Room, 615 W Nursery, Butler, MO in reference to inappropriate touching of a juvenile by another juvenile that occurred in Rich Hill, MO.
