TRAFFIC STOP- W 52 Hwy 03/14/2011 Deputies conducted a traffic stop on 52 west at 71 highway for defective equipment and arrested the driver for driving while intoxicated.

DISTURBANCE-Drexel On March 15, 2011, Deputies responded to rural Drexel in reference to domestic abuse.

AGENCY ASSIST-assist Cass County

TRAFFIC STOP-Butler On 03-16-2011 Bates County Deputies made a traffic stop in the Butler area. The driver was issued a citation for driving with a suspended drivers license. The driver also had an active warrant out of Cass County. The driver was placed under arrest and was transported to the Cass County line where a Cass County Deputy took the driver to the Cass County Jail.

FAIL TO YIELD - EMERG VEH-Amoret On 3-16-2011 Deputies attempted to stop a black Acura Integra for a registration violation in Amoret, Missouri. The vehicle failed to yield to the deputy and a pursuit was initiated. The vehicle wrecked by destroying the front right wheel and tire and went through a barbed wire fence. The driver who was identified by the deputy fled on foot.  The vehicle was towed and there are charges pending.

JUVENILE PROBLEM-Butler On 03/17/2011 Deputies made contact with a juvenile riding on the outside of a vehicle. A juvenile referral as been sent to the juvenile office.

TRAFFIC STOP-Adrian On 03-17-2011, at approximately 2355 hours, Deputies conducted a traffic stop with a subject on a ATV in the rural Adrian MO. area. The subject was arrested for driving while suspended and zero tolerance.

WANTED SUBJECT-Adrian On 03-18-2011, at approximately 1919 hours, Deputies responded to Adrian reference a warrant service.  Upon arrival the suspect was located, arrested and transported to the Bates County Jail.

TRAFFIC STOP-Adrian On 3-19-2011 Deputies stopped a vehicle in Adrian that had several juveniles sitting in the back seat of the vehicle. The driver was arrested for driving while his drivers license was revoked. The driver also has pending charges for carrying and concealing a deadly weapon.

TRAFFIC STOP-Amsterdam On 03-19-2011, at approximately 0130 hours, Deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.  Passenger was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  He was arrested and booked into the Bates County Jail.
