Christopher L Strauss v Heather R Strauss, Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed. 

Kevin David Davenport & Wendy  J Davenport, James Trumbore & Shirley Trumbore, Interveners, Maternal Grandparent’s Motion to Intervene filed. 

St v. Douglas Wayne Bradler, Felony stealing, found guilty, Ct II: burglary-dismissed; given SIS, placed on probation for 2 years, to pay restitution of $700 and court costs, Defe. Shall  successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed, shall be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches. 

St v. John Lee Rector, Felony possession of controlled substance, marijuana, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, Defe. To pay court costs, to successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed, to get substance abuse treatment anad aftercare, to attend AA/NA, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches,  shall not possess or be upon premises where alcohol is sold/served, shall perform 200 hours of community service. 

St v. Sherry L Rector, Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, Defe. Shall pay court costs, shall successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed,  to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to attend NA/AA, to perform 200 hours of community service, Defe. Shall not possess/consume any alcohol or be upon premises where sold/served,  shall be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches. 

Joe V Jenkins v Evelyn S Jenkins, Dissolution of Marriage granted. 

St v. Gary Knowles, Felony non-support, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to obey all laws, to pay $175/mo on child support beginning July 1, 2011 and same day every month thereafter, to participate in Parents Fair Share Program, to keep wage assignment in place at all times, to pay court costs by 8-22-11. 

St v Gary Knowles, Felony non-support, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to obey all laws, to pay $75/mo on child support beginning July 1, 2011 and same day every month thereafter, to keep wage assignment in place at all times, to pay court costs by 8-22-11. 

St v. Joel P Carl II, Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines, dismissed by PA Simmons. 

St v. Joseph Eric Resz, Felony child abuse, amended to Misd Assault, found guilty, sentenced to 6 months in BC Jail, given SES, placed on probation for 2 years, pay court costs including board bill by 8-22-11. 

St v. Robert Lee Inman, Jr., Felony stealing, found guilty, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, to pay $250 restitution within  one year, to serve 10 days in BC Jail as shock time, to successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed, Defe. Shall be subject to random drug test, random home/vehicle searches, shall perform 200 hours of community service, pay all court costs. 

St v. Scott A Shaffran, Felony DWI-aggravated offender, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, Defe. To pay court costs, to successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed, shall be subject to random drug tests, random home/vehicle searches, shall not consume alcohol or be upon premises where alcohol sold/served, to serve 30 days shock detention in BC Jail. 

Stuart Wood v Teresita Anderson, Petition for Order of Protection is dismissed 

James Edwin Gaston v Tambra Joe Gaston, Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed. 

Timothy A Tucker v Marna D Tucker, Petition To Set Aside Deed filed.
