Harvey gets change of venue

Raymond Samuel Harvey appeared in Bates County Circuit Court with attorney Thomas Jacquinot this morning and was granted a change of venue at a location to be announced. The new date is set for July 18th at 1 p.m.

Harvey is charged with two felony counts of murder, two counts of felony armed criminal action and one count of felony arson in connection with the murder of Brandee and Bailee Bickelman of Butler last March.
