Jayme L Gabriel v Ryan A Gabriel, Dissolution of Marriage is granted.

St v. John L Rector, Felony possession of controlled substance, marijuana, probation revoked, sentenced to 7 years in MDOC, 120 day call back option, sentence stayed till 2-18-14, to remain in custody.

St v. Sherry L Rector, Felony possession of controlled substance, marijuana, probation revoked, sentenced to 7 years in MDOC, 120 day call back option, execution stayed till 2-18-14, to remain in custody.

St v. William Edward Swarnes, Felony DWI, persistent offender,  probation revoked, previous sentence of 4 years in MDOC invoked, sentence stayed till  2-18-14, when Defe. shall surrender himself  to Bates County Sheriff.

St v. Chasiety Lee Wisdom, Felony possession of controlled substance, marijuana,  guilty plea, sentence to 5 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, to perform 200 hours of community service.

St v. Brent R Orso, Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs including $150 on State Forensic Laboratory Account, Defe. to attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, to perform 200 hours of community service as directed.

St v. Joshua A Beebe, Felony burglary, found guilty, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs, to pay restitution within 2 years, to perform 200 hours of community service, to serve 30 days shock time in Bates County Jail.

St v. Marion L Foster, Felony possession of controlled substance, 35 grams or less of a synthetic cannabinoid, found guilty, sentenced to 3 years in MDOC, placed on probation for 5 years, to perform 200 hours of community service,  serve 20 days shock time in Bates County Jail, pay court costs.

Possession of controlled substance, marijuana, IV: Misd. Unlawful use of  drug paraphernalia, Defe. enters guilty plea to Ct I & II, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, Cts. III & IV given fines to pay and court costs.

Rosmarie R Tucker, I: Felony hindering prosecution of a Felony; II: Felony hindering prosecution of a Felony; III: Felony abuse of a child—serious emotional injury; IV: Felony endangering welfare of child in Ritual/Ceremony; found guilty, given SES, placed on 5 yrs probation, to perform 200 hours of community service, pay court costs.

St v. Stephanie L Gregory, Felony endangering welfare of  child, guilty plea, given SIS, 3 years probation, 40 hours of community service, pay court costs.
