After severe thunderstorms have moved through the area light to moderate snow will form in far NW Missouri later this morning, lasting through the afternoon hours. Expecting this snow storm to bring between 2 and 4 inches to some locations.
Cold and gusty winds will move in this afternoon ranging from 30 to perhaps 50 mph. The wind and snow will cause visibility and travel concerns for areas of NW Missouri. Gusty winds will be persistent all day, but should start to dissipate overnight.
