3 arrested on St. Clair County felony warrants

Douglas Frisbie

On Tuesday Feb. 18, Douglas Frisbie, Kansas City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court a class C felony charge of first degree tampering with a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety. The charge stemmed from a burglary at the Missouri Department of Transportation barn on July 25, 2011. The warrant was issued on Aug. 12, 2013. 

Lee Bedsaul,

On Tuesday Feb. 18, Lee Bedsaul, Willard, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court a class D felony charge of nonsupport in each of six individual months within any twelve-month period, Amount owed is in excess of $5,000. Bond was set at $1,000 cash only. The warrant was issued on Feb. 6, 2012. 

Kerry Bradley

On Tuesday Feb. 18, Kerry Bradley, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for a class C felony charge of possessing a controlled substance. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety. The charge stemmed from an incident on Jan. 29 with the Osceola Police Department.
