Collins Man Arrested on Bates County Felony Warrant

On Feb. 11, Justin Wisdom, 37, Collins, was arrested in Osceola on Bates County warrant for class D felony non-support, total in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support. Bond was set at $10,000 or 10-percent cash.
